A 10 unit townhome could have all 10 units outfitted for $2,500 (10 units x flat fee of $250) with up to 30 square feet of window coverings or,
A single townhome could be outfitted entirely for an example cost of $3,000 less a $450 discount for each of the remaining units (9 x $50)
